Richard is a real estate veteran who commenced his career in 1988. He has proven skills in retail sales, leasing and mixed-use development.

He specializes in Owner/Landlord Representation, but also has a decade of experience as a Master Plan Retail Developer. He integrally understands the complexities of deal making from both sides of the table, and is laser focused on marketing and negotiating deals in mixed-use, lifestyle, regional power and neighborhood shopping centers.
Richard has strategically built a vast network of relationships with the nation’s leading retail Owners and Developers, retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues and an array of franchise and local service-oriented tenants.
