Marty received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Marketing from Oklahoma State University in 2000, and joined as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap in 2002. Having successfully built his business as a prominent San Fernando Valley Office and Industrial Agent, he began mentoring new Associates and eventually created his own team within the firm. Now, alongside his business partner, Marty oversees the ever growing Agnew | Serling Group comprised of agents and 2 staff members.

As one of the top real estate teams in the San Fernando Valley, the Agnew | Serling Group specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail Commercial Real Estate Sales and collectively have closed over $840M in sales. Their knowledge of the area is unparalleled by any other commercial real estate team working in the market. They are also very experienced in facilitating 1031 exchanges for clients, and have assisted many owner/users in identifying and transitioning their business to a new space during a sale. Ryan Rothstein-Serling joined Marcus & Millichap’s Encino Office in 2014 as a full-time Investment Associate. The combination of his background, strong work ethic, and competitive nature has allowed him to excel in his market and become a Commercial Real Estate Specialist throughout Los Angeles County. This specialization, along with his 10+ years of experience in the industry, has enabled Ryan to build lasting relationships with local property owners and fulfill the needs of all his clients. In 2016, Ryan closed more than $60 Million in sales, received Senior Associate status, and was later promoted to Partner of the Agnew | Serling Group.  Since then, the team has grown significantly and Ryan and his business partner, Martin Agnew, now manage & mentor a team of agents & staff. Since inception, the team has closed more than $840 million in sales and has leased over 500,000 square feet, spanning over 300+ transactions. Ryan was promoted to First Vice President – Investments in 2020 and received Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Recognition Award in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, & 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked in the commercial property management department at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc., a full-service brokerage company. While at Charles Dunn, Ryan was responsible for the management of over 5 million square-feet of industrial, office, and retail properties. The tools he gained in property management, paired with his personal experience as an investment property owner himself, provide him with expert insight and unique understanding when working with clients. Additionally, Ryan has refined his financial underwriting skills while working for Lone Oak Fund, LLC, a direct portfolio lender focused on short-term bridge loans secured by California Real Estate.

Ryan graduated from Ithaca College with Honors, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance & Management with a minor in Economics.

John Lally

John Lally joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as a part of one of the leading multi-tenant retail teams nation-wide. John specializes in multi-tenant retail centers, high street retail, and automotive properties in the West Los Angeles area.

​He has been residing in the Westside of Los Angeles for over 10 years. This experience enables John to build lasting relationships with local property owners and fulfill the needs of all of his clients. The combination of extensive market knowledge, a detailed and aggressive marketing plan, and the ability to negotiate on their clients’ behalf makes John a trailblazer in the industry.

John graduated from Loyola Marymount University, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Communications from the College of Communication and Fine Arts. While at LMU,John competed on the baseball team. He was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 15th round in 2008.

Brin Hamblin

Brin Hamblin has been a part of the commercial real estate industry with Marcus & Millichap since 2008 and has worked across the country on various levels, from Office Support, to Information Services to Direct Agent Support. Brin’s experience within the industry and Marcus & Millichap, has provided her the knowledge to step into her position as the Director of Operations for The Agnew | Serling Group.

As a key leader on the team, her primary focus is on the management of the agents, their marketing, transaction, client relations and organization, as well as hiring, training, and leading additional team members. Prior to working with the Agnew | Serling Group, Brin was a Helpdesk Technician within the Information Services department of Marcus & Millichap, where she provided program and technology support to the entire company, and served as a company program trainer, conducting technology training on-site and online.

Outside of the office, Brin can be found producing and performing with her Los Angeles based theatre company, dancing with and choreographing for several dance companies around LA, and spending as much time as possible with her friends and family.

Hannah graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis on Green Building. Prior to real estate, she worked as the Director of Communications for the largest wildlife nonprofit in South Africa. At this role she was known for being a focused, performance-minded manager with proven skills in project management, team building, stakeholder relations, and campaign optimization – all skills that will be carried over into her real estate career.
